I was in charge of creating this environment for the game Element: Space.
I developed the production pipeline, modeled the terrain, rocks, level textures, particle systems and lighting.
For the terrain I made a basic layout and then sculpted the mountains with pre-made alphas I created in World Machine.
The terrain has a large scale texture that´s combined with tileable textures to break up the repetition. The shader to accomplish this was developed by Juan Linietsky.
Some of the props such as the boxes, the crashed ship and the factories on the back were modeled by Fernando Calabró, and I did the UVs and textures.
Rendered in realtime in the Unity engine.
